As a Collections Executive, you will be an integral part of our back-office operations, working closely with the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team. Your primary responsibility is to manage and oversee the collection process for our domestic BFSI clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments. You will be the key point of contact for customers regarding their collections and payments, and your role is vital in maintaining positive relationships and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and oversee the collection process for domestic BFSI clients. • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses regarding collections and payments. • Ensure accurate and timely recording of collection data and maintain detailed records. • Collaborate with the CCE team to resolve customer issues and provide updates on collection status. • Monitor and analyze collection trends and identify areas for improvement. • Implement effective collection strategies and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build positive relationships with clients. • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on collection performance. • Stay updated with industry best practices and suggest improvements for the collection process. • Assist in training and mentoring new team members on collection procedures.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. • Previous experience in a collections or customer service role is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail. • Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data management. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new collection strategies and technologies. • Basic knowledge of BFSI industry and collection processes is an advantage. • A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team.
