As a Coll - EXE, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the collections team. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for customers and the team. Your goal is to ensure efficient and effective collections processes, maintain high customer satisfaction, and drive team performance.
• Lead and motivate the collections team, providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment. • Act as the primary customer liaison, handling complex customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with a high level of professionalism. • Develop and implement strategies to improve collections performance, including process optimization and efficient resource allocation. • Monitor and analyze collections data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in the collections process. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and maintain a positive company image. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations, and implement any necessary changes to our collections strategies. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners. • Oversee the training and development of new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. • Proven track record in successfully managing and leading a team, with a focus on customer service and collections. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail. • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new industry trends and technologies. • A positive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
