As a Credit Officer, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the credit processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will work closely with our customer care executives (CCEs) to provide financial support and guidance, helping them resolve customer inquiries and issues related to credit and payments.

• Manage and oversee credit processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. • Review and analyze credit applications, assessing risk and making informed decisions. • Provide financial guidance and support to CCEs, helping them resolve customer inquiries and issues. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of credit processes. • Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risks and enhance financial stability. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit management. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of credit-related data and metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit management or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of credit processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions. • Proficiency in using financial software and tools for credit analysis. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. • Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with industry-specific credit practices is an advantage. • Willingness to stay updated with changing regulations and industry trends.
