As an MIS Executive, you will play a crucial role in our back-office operations, working closely with our Customer Care Executives (CCEs) to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Your primary focus will be on managing and improving our internal systems and processes, enabling our CCEs to deliver exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage and optimize back-office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely resolution of customer inquiries. • Collaborate with CCEs to understand their needs and provide necessary support and resources. • Implement and maintain accurate record-keeping systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our processes and systems. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement. • Train and mentor CCEs on best practices and new procedures, ensuring a skilled and knowledgeable team. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer care and support. • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental communication and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and practices. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
