As a Coll - EXE, you will play a crucial role in our customer care and collections team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve customer accounts and collections, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information.

• Manage and oversee customer accounts and collections, ensuring timely and accurate processing. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service and quick resolution. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all collections activities. • Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure a smooth transition between departments. • Identify and escalate potential customer issues to the relevant teams for further action. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy and security. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with customer information. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections and customer care. • Assist in training and mentoring new team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer care or collections role, preferably in a financial services environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in using MS Office suite and any relevant collections or customer relationship management software. • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding efficient solutions. • Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and a dynamic work environment.
