The Branch Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our branch, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The executive will work closely with the branch manager and other team members to implement strategies and initiatives that improve overall branch performance.
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Manage and coordinate the activities of branch staff, including customer care executives and support staff. • Monitor and optimize branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies. • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience. • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. • Collaborate with the branch manager to develop and implement operational plans and strategies. • Ensure the branch is well-equipped with necessary resources and supplies, managing inventory and procurement. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, suggesting improvements to enhance branch operations. • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software for branch operations. • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry developments.
