As a Credit Officer, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically in the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary focus will be on managing and overseeing credit-related processes, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health and stability of our organization.

• Manage and oversee credit operations, including loan processing and approval. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Review and analyze credit applications, financial statements, and other relevant documents. • Conduct credit risk assessments and make informed decisions on loan approvals. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities. • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless credit processes. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit management. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient strategies. • Maintain strong relationships with clients and build trust through effective communication.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a credit officer or similar role. • Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan processing. • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. • Proficiency in using financial software and tools. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. • Willingness to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
