As a Legal Officer, you will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to our team. Your duties will include visiting courts, maintaining up-to-date legal records, and ensuring the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with our legal team and other departments to resolve legal matters efficiently.

• Visit courts and attend legal proceedings as required. • Maintain accurate and organized legal records, including case files and documentation. • Research and analyze legal issues, providing recommendations and solutions. • Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. • Provide legal advice and support to internal teams and stakeholders. • Monitor and stay updated on any changes in legislation and its impact on the business. • Collaborate with external legal counsel and other professionals as needed. • Prepare and present legal reports and updates to the management team. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards at all times.

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a strong academic record. • Admission to the local bar or eligibility to practice law in the jurisdiction. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting. • Excellent knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and court practices. • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail. • Proficiency in legal writing and drafting skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships. • Proficient in using legal research databases and software. • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
