As a Credit Operation Executive, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically in the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary focus will be on managing and overseeing credit operations, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and accurately. You will act as a liaison between our company and customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the credit process.
• Manage and oversee credit operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of credit applications. • Review and analyze credit applications, assessing customer eligibility and creditworthiness. • Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Communicate with customers regarding their credit applications, providing updates and resolving queries. • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures. • Monitor and report on credit performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to credit operations, providing timely and effective resolutions. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a professional and friendly approach. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit operations. • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management, related to credit operations and customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit operations or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of credit processes, underwriting, and risk assessment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. • Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the BFSI industry. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.
