The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. They will be responsible for handling credit-related inquiries, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Process credit applications and perform thorough credit assessments. • Review and analyze customer financial information to make informed decisions. • Communicate with customers regarding their credit applications and provide updates. • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely credit approvals. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities. • Identify and resolve any credit-related issues or disputes promptly. • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in credit processing. • Provide support to the customer care team in handling credit-related inquiries. • Assist in developing and implementing credit processing policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of credit analysis and underwriting principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using credit processing software and MS Office. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and regulations. • A customer-centric approach and a positive attitude.
