As the Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the Collections team. Your leadership and strategic thinking will be instrumental in driving the team's success and achieving organizational goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the overall growth and success of Digitide Solutions Limited.
• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Collections team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely task completion. • Delegate tasks effectively, considering individual strengths and team dynamics, to optimize performance. • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity. • Communicate goals, updates, and expectations to team members, fostering a clear understanding of the team's vision and objectives. • Report progress, challenges, and achievements to upper management, providing transparent and insightful updates on team performance. • Train new team members, inducting them into the team's culture and processes, and support ongoing skill development for all team members. • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication, mutual support, and a sense of accountability among team members. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in collections operations. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections management, and incorporate innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in collections management or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively. • Proven track record of successful team management and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment. • Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance team performance. • Proficiency in collections management software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely task completion. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes, staying updated on best practices in collections management.
