The Branch Operations Executive will play a vital role in our CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth customer interactions, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Manage and coordinate customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate team members. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of branch activities. • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote branch services and events. • Ensure the branch is well-equipped with necessary resources and supplies. • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards. • Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support. • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements. • Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving. • Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and priorities. • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends. • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
