• Lead and manage a team responsible for credit risk assessment and accounts receivable. • Ensure timely collections and efficient processes for accounts receivable. • Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate terms. • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. • Prepare accurate financial reports and analyze cash flow metrics. • Perform account reconciliations and maintain financial records. • Drive process improvements for collections and back-office operations. • Train and mentor team members on best practices and procedures. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to financial management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a financial or back-office setting. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Sage, or QuickBooks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team effectively. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail for financial analysis. • Experience in credit risk assessment and collections management. • Familiarity with financial reporting and cash flow analysis. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
