Training and daytime shifts: £12.65 per hour Evenings and night shifts: £16.44 per hour Weekend shifts: £18.34 per hourWorking Patterns: Part Time: 30/24/18 hours per week

Answer calls from patients who need urgent medical help oradvice.Use the NHS Pathways system to assess symptoms and determine the next steps.Provide reassurance, clear information and advice for safe patient outcomes.Bring empathy, patience and professionalism to every call.Make a difference with every conversation in this fastpaced, rewarding role.
Person Specification
Qualifications Desirable
GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths
Experience Desirable
Experience in customer service, patient or customer facing roles
