Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Structured Clinical Management (SCM) Pathway in Heywood Middleton and Rochdale (HMR). You will have access to SCM training, regular group and individual clinical supervision, and the support of a skilled and friendly team. You will work as a member of the team, providing 1-1 and group interventions to service userswith complex emotional and relational needs. You will work with a small caseload of people within the SCM programme, with relatively stable but complex presentations, and have the opportunity to offer structured and evidence-based care.The Team is based at Birch Hill Hospital, though we work across the HMR footprint in various community/clinic settings. The Birch Hill site also has some significant benefits, including free and ample onsite parking, excellent canteen, and newly refurbished digital hub which will allow enhanced ICT support and extra space to work and meet with colleagues.Birch Hill is also a mental health specific site, which allows close working with other secondary care colleagues on the inpatient unit, in EIT and the Complex Emotional and Relational Needs (CERN) team.
