As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in building a positive and professional image for our company.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure their needs are met. • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. • Stay updated with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information. • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Document and report customer feedback and suggestions for improvement. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy. • Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. • Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.
