Are you an experienced professional ready to take on a diverse leadership role as a Clinical Imaging Facility Manager? You will lead the strategic and operational delivery of a interdisciplinary imaging facility, supporting high-quality clinical research and innovation. This is a varied role combining team management, technical expertise and partnership development.

Demonstrable experience in MRI and/or PET-CT imaging, with the ability to provide expert technical adviceProven experience managing, developing and motivating a teamStrong financial and operational management skills, including budget management and service deliveryAbility to build effective partnerships and engage with academic, NHS, and external stakeholdersStrong understanding of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining compliant working practicesProactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environmentAbility to contribute to strategic planning, service development and continuous improvement

Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or experience E Further post graduate degree or management qualification
Experience Essential
Hands on experience in MRI and/or PET-CT Experience of managing, supervising and motivating a team Experience in budget management and successful promotion of profit-making enterprises Previous experience of teaching/training staff and/or students Proven knowledge of the use of ionising radiation in imaging and the regulations involved, and general safety issues

Experience of consumable and capital equipment purchasing Experience of project management and planning refurbishments
