Position Overview We are seeking a driven and disciplined Business Development & Sales Associate to join our growing Veteran-owned financial brokerage firm. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities, managing structured prospecting initiatives, and strengthening our overall sales infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify prospective clients through targeted outreach and strategic lead generation Develop and manage organized prospecting campaigns and sales pipelines Conduct initial outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals) to initiate client relationships Execute and optimize structured sales funnels from lead generation through conversion Track and analyze pipeline metrics using Excel Provide leadership with insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and operational efficiency Collaborate with advisors and executives to align outreach efforts with firm growth objectives Qualifications & Competencies Required: Self-starter with strong initiative and accountability Persistent and resilient within a sales environment Goal Oriented and driven Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Team-oriented mindset with a competitive drive
