About this role
Working with the Building Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operations and maintenance of the Dow Terneuzen Diamond Center site ensuring excellent customer service to building occupiers at all times whilst ensuring full compliance with Dow rules and procedures, local and national Environmental, Health & Safety legislation. You will be the liaison between the users of the Diamond Center and the FM Organization to capture the daily needs, deliver the first-line support and address the service questions to the appropriate service provider.
