Mastercam & SolidWorks CNC Master Machinist - Advanced Multi-Axis Machining Honolulu, HI Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 DOE + Full Relocation Package We are seeking a true CNC Professional — elite CNC programmers and machinists who live and breathe Mastercam and SolidWorks and thrive on complex multi-axis work. Position Overview This is a high-end, hands-on role for someone who can dominate: Dual-spindle lathes with live tooling, Y-axis, and bar feeder 3 & 4-axis milling with full 3D programming + probing True 5-axis work (Unified toolpaths, Blade, Flow) + probing Fixture design & production Advanced Vericut simulation & verification Materials: Steel, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Titanium, and Aluminum Key Responsibilities Create highly efficient Mastercam programs for complex mill-turn and 5-axis operations Design and model fixtures, parts, and workholding in SolidWorks Program, setup, and optimize dual-spindle/live tooling lathes Execute advanced 5-axis strategies including Unified, Blade, and Flow toolpaths Develop, run, and refine comprehensive Vericut simulations — including full machine model verification, collision detection, gouge checking, dynamic material removal, toolpath optimization, and cycle time analysis for both 5-axis mills and complex mill-turn operations Use Vericut to validate probe routines, sub-spindle transfers, and multi-axis synchronization before any code hits the shop floor Develop complete processes from drawing to finished high-precision part Troubleshoot and refine programs for exotic alloys and tight tolerances What We’re Looking For Mastercam expert (must be strong — this is your primary tool) SolidWorks proficiency (modeling & fixturing) Deep experience with 5-axis (especially Unified/Blade/Flow) Dual-spindle lathe + Y-axis/live tooling background Strong Vericut experience required — you should be comfortable building and maintaining machine models, creating custom control files, simulating complex multi-axis setups with live tooling, and using Vericut’s optimization tools to reduce cycle times while maintaining safety and accuracy Proven track record machining Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless Self-driven problem solver who delivers first-part success every time Eligible to pass an FBI/DoD background check Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance Veteran status strongly desired Compensation & Perks Salary Range: $135,000 – $150,000 per year Full relocation package to Honolulu, Hawaii Generous monthly Cost of Living and Housing stipend.
