BTHFT are looking to recruit an Estates Manager (Mechanical bias) to be responsible for the effective maintenance and operation of all buildings, plant and associated services in an efficient, economical and safe manner in accordance with all statutory, NHS, Trust and departmental guidelines.

Experience of operational maintenance management, engineering plant, services, equipment and development schemes Experience of direct labour and staff management Experience of managing a direct labour force Experience of healthcare systems

Have at least 3 years post qualification additional relevant experience and / or corporate membership or a relevant professional institute; IET, CIBSE, IHEEM
