Main duties of the job As a Senior Care Assistant at Mill House, you will be responsible for supporting both residents and staff in their daily activities. With a focus on compassion and leadership, this role involves encouraging development and growth within the team. You will work 33 hours per week at a rate of £13.95 per hour. Relevant experience in care or a related field; a compassionate and empathetic approach; leadership skills.
