You will be responsible for delivering and sustaining and improving high standards of service quality, whilst building on our reputation for excellence through the practice of our ‘Fulfilling Lives’ values.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Local Authority CCG/CQC through sound knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements. Ensure all contractual obligations are met to avoid financial penalties and disputes and directly manage any contractual disputes that occur. Build a competent and highly driven team of home managers in the region and effectively lead, manage and motivate them to support and develop their team effectively. To assist in the preparation and review of budgets. To make a positive contribution to the business in terms of its profit, development, growth and market position. What we are looking for:

Qualifications Essential
Knowledge and proven experience of leading a group of Homes in the Residential Care Services Sector. Sound knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements. Extensive knowledge and ability to manage multiple budgets across a multi sited business.
