Job summary

Flexible Clerical Worker

Zero hours per week - As and When Required Working Arrangements. Hourly pay rate: £14.24 (includes 12.07% Annual leave allowance).

Current Requirement: Royal Derby Hospital, Florence Nightingale Community Hospital, Queens Hospital Burton, Samuel Johnson Community Hospital Lichfield and Sir Robert Peel Tamworth.

Commitment of working 3-5 days per week. (hours 22.5 up to 37.5) Assignments require a commitment of being available during Monday to Friday.

Working Hours can be between 08:00 -18:00

Engagement in bank role for up to a 3-month commitment is required.

We are looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals to join our administration and clerical bank to provide a high quality administration service to users across all UHDB sites.

Main duties of the job

Examples of duties include a wide variety of administration duties according to the role being covered and may include telephone work, monitoring and management of shared mailboxes, data input, reception work, secretarial support, arranging meetings and preparation of documentation.

You will be required to attend the Trust Induction.

Computer Skills Essential

Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages e.g. word/excel/outlook

Desirable

NHS IT systems Audio Typing Typing - Reports & Correspondence Data Entry and Reporting

Qualifications Essential

Good Standard of English Language & Maths to O level /GSCE or equivalent or successful completion of the functional skills certificate

Experience Essential

Experience of working in an administration role Ability to work accurately with good attention to detail
