WHO YOU ARE The selected candidate will serve as the Logistics Project Manager (LPM) for the Global Sustainment (GS) organization within the Radars, Electronic Warfare & Acoustic Systems (REAS) market segment. They will direct the efforts of a GS team that includes Program Integration (PI), Center of Excellence (COE) and subcontractor personnel. The LPM will work closely with the Program Management Office (PMO), finance, planning, sourcing (subcontracts management) and engineering personnel as part of a cross-functional program team. They will ensure Sustainment products and services are developed and delivered per contract cost, schedule, and technical requirements. Key tasks and responsibilities include: • Assisting in developing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) budgetary estimates, formal Basis of Estimates (BOE’s), and related Subcontractor Statements of Work (SOW) for new and continuing efforts • Assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and baseline execution plans • Liaison with GS Center of Excellence (COE) functional leads and subcontractors, and assist in the collection, evaluation, and integration of ILS project/product execution status • Assisting in the identification, collection, and evaluation of engineering, program, and vendor source data necessary to support ILS product development, including coordination efforts to address shortfalls. • Assisting in the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and other ILS deliveries and services • Monitoring adherence to GS and program processes and procedures for product development and services • Collecting metrics and preparing progress reports, briefings, and inputs to formal reviews regarding GS efforts • Perform the functions of a Control Account Manager (CAM) for Earned Value Management (EVM) • Liaison with external customer and LM program management This position is in support of the Multi-Mission Air Defense (MMAD) submarket segment.
