Main duties of the job

As a key player in our unit, you'll have the opportunity to participate in an out-of-hours on-call gastrointestinal bleed rota, ensuring we provide essential care to our local community when they need it most.

Person Specification

Qualifications & Professional Registration Essential

Degree / Diploma in Nursing studies or equivalent Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (Part 1 Adult / General Level 1 or 2)

Desirable

Evidence of having undertaken relevant further study or training as required for the post Recognised teaching qualification

Knowledge, Training & Experience Essential

Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development Demonstrate a knowledge of the specialty Proven post registration experience Experience of coordinating a department on a session by session basis
