This will include key enablers for neighbourhood-level improvement, such as new ways of working, co-location of teams, workforce development, shared data and local insights, and digital tools.
You will work closely with operational managers, partners and residents/patients to improve quality, user experience and performance against key system metrics, ensuring continuous service development and supporting earlier, preventative interventions across neighbourhoods.
You will support the development of robust processes, spread good practice, and champion learning across organisations to drive improved outcomes and reduced health inequalities.
