Job summary
Our newly expanded and refurbished Neonatal Unit comprises 21 cots and provides care for over 450 babies each year across intensive care, high dependency, and special care. In addition, we have a busy Transitional Care area and a well-established Neonatal Outreach service.We are proud to deliver a high standard of care through a dedicated multidisciplinary team, with a strong focus on working in partnership with families.
We currently have fixed-term opportunities available for motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 nurses to join our neonatal team. These posts are offered as 9-month fixed-term contracts to provide maternity cover.We are committed to supporting your professional development and will actively encourage career progression through in-house education, training, and secondment opportunities to relevant neonatal courses for suitable candidates.
You will be a Registered Nurse with a keen interest in neonatology, demonstrating commitment and enthusiasm to develop within this specialist field. Previous experience in neonates or paediatrics would be advantageous; however, comprehensive in-house training will be provided.
