Main duties of the job The job role is for a Bank Support Worker at Enable, located in Bourne, offering a permanent position with a salary of £12.90 per hour. The role is exclusively for female applicants due to the need to provide personal care to women while ensuring their dignity and privacy as per the Equality Act 2010. The position requires enthusiasm, good interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude to support individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, and complex needs.
