Main duties of the job Join Agincare UK in Essex as a Home Care Assistant and make a meaningful difference in people's lives. No prior experience in care is needed. This role offers the opportunity to help individuals live with dignity and joy in their own homes. Whether sharing a cup of tea, helping with daily routines, or offering personal care, you'll provide more than just care; you'll offer genuine connection. Agincare provides fully funded training and career development opportunities, allowing for professional growth up to QCF level 5. No specific qualifications are required. The candidate should be passionate, motivated, and have the right to work in the UK. Preferably, candidates should have a full UK driving licence.
