We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent/Business Development Representative to support our client's growing real estate business. This role focuses on seller lead generation, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, relationship-building, and appointment-setting. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong CRM discipline, excellent follow-up skills, and a consultative approach to working with homeowners.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify seller leads through outbound prospectingConduct outreach to expired listings, FSBOs, and database contactsPerform circle prospecting and database reactivation campaignsHandle objections and nurture leads through consistent follow-upSchedule qualified appointments for the sales teamMaintain accurate CRM records and pipeline managementBuild long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and referral partnersContribute to process improvements and follow established workflowsRequirements

Preferred experience includes expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, database reactivation, investor leads, cash offer leads, and long-term nurture campaigns2+ years of real estate Inside Sales Agent experience OR 2+ years of seller-focused outbound prospecting experienceExperience with seller lead generation, lead qualification, and appointment settingStrong objection-handling and follow-up skillsExperience using CRM and prospecting toolsExcellent English communication skills with a clear and professional speaking styleAbility to build trust and communicate effectively with homeownersHighly organized, self-motivated, and relationship-driven

Benefits

USD base salary + Performance Bonuses ($5 Booked Appointment) + $65 Kept Appointment. Ability to work remotely.
