Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures.Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information.Following up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle timeframe.Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessaryIdentifying and billing secondary or tertiary insurances.Requirements
At least 1 year BPO experience handling a Healthcare Campaign (US Healthcare Insurance)Good working knowledge with Medical Billing (Claims, Benefits, Appeals)Must have experience billing for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)Good to excellent English communication skillsWilling to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftsBenefits
