QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Using systems such as Navy ERP, rBOM, Excel or similar; 2) Working knowledge of budget formulation; 3) Utilizing time management and prioritization skills; 4) Ability to work independently, make decisions, plan operations, show job responsibility, and exercise initiative. Major DutiesYou will be responsible for strategic vision, planning, goal accomplishments, and the ability to anticipate, plan for, and overcome challenges.You will provide solution oriented advice on administrative, financial, personnel, and contracts issues to competency management.You will be responsible for training and development of department personnel and is relied upon as the expert for all related matters.You will perform in-depth financial analysis, risk analysis, accurate communication of information, mitigate strategies where necessary, and provide potential analysis of alternative that includes what if scenarios and analysis.
