Job SummaryLeads management and program analysis activities to support mission objectives. Oversees planning, evaluation, and improvement of organizational programs and processes. Provides data-driven insights, coordinates cross-functional efforts, and advises leadership on performance, efficiency, and compliance to enhance program effectiveness across the organization.

QualificationsSpecialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level: Leading or mentoring staff, providing guidance to risk managers and schedulers on developing, integrating, and maintaining credible project planning products; Overseeing project schedule and risk activities, assessing planning integrity, performance health, and metrics, and advising project leadership to support program decisions and reviews; Monitoring or managing contractor support, reviewing deliverables for quality and compliance, coordinating task execution, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines. Major DutiesLeads management and program analysis activities to support mission objectives.Provides data-driven insights, coordinates cross-functional efforts, and advises leadership on performance, efficiency, and compliance to enhance program effectiveness across the organization.Provides high-level leadership and mentoring to PPandC staff, guiding risk managers and schedulers in advanced planning practices.Oversees development and integration of project schedules and risk products to ensure credible performance and planning health.Advises project leadership on schedule status, metrics, risks, and planning issues to support high-level decisions.Serves as task monitor for PPandC contract support, ensuring delivery quality, compliance, and alignment with project needs.Leads development of integrated planning insights and strategic recommendations for major reviews and leadership forums.
