About the Program
Our 12-month Graduate Program is designed to accelerate your career through a structured, hands-on learning experience. You'll gain exposure across different teams, develop technical expertise, and grow as part of a new generation of tech professionals.
Through rotations across Technology and Analytics teams, you'll work on impactful projects while building a strong foundation for your career.

We are looking for curious, ambitious individuals with a strong interest in Generative AI. During the program, you will:
Participate in specialized training designed to build GenAI capabilitiesWork on projects related to analytics, data, and emerging AI-driven solutionsDevelop future-ready skills including digital fluency, adaptability, and innovationGain exposure to GenAI-powered product development and analytics environmentsThis is your chance to shape your profile in one of the fastest-growing and most exciting areas in tech.
Who We Are Looking For:
Final-year university students or recent graduates (0-2 years experience)Degrees in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or similarInterest in technology, analytics, and GenAIAnalytical mindset and problem-solving skillsEagerness to learn, grow, and work in a collaborative environment What You'll Experience:
