What are you going to do? You will join a global Earner-focused Design team, creating impactful experiences for drivers and couriers worldwide. Your work will directly influence how users discover, engage with, and return to earning opportunities that match their goals. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Researchers, while owning design initiatives end-to-end. What you’ll do - Own design problems from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality execution; - Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs for complex user flows; - Design and evolve systems that support scalable, consistent experiences; - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams; - Translate insights from research and data into actionable design solutions; - Optimize incentive programs that help users start and continue earning; - Present ideas and design rationale clearly to stakeholders; - Iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback; - Contribute to and elevate design quality through critiques and collaboration; - Identify new product opportunities and improve existing experiences.
