Contract start date: 24-08-2026 Contract end date: 18-10-2026 Contract length: Temporary employment contract Hours per week: 40 Number of working days per week: 6 Tasks: • Picking apples and pears • Work activities are standing position in the field • Work is carried out in the field on a lift platform (1.5 m high) Qualifications: • Good motivation and willingness to deliver good work is required • Candidate has to be motivated to deliver good work • Being able to work independently, but also in a team • In connection with the work, the candidate must be in good physical condition • Willing to work in varying weather conditions • Like to work outside • Good work ethic • Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours • Candidate is willing to learn quickly • Honesty • Positive attitude and flexibility • Hard working Language skills, one of the languages below is a plus • English • German • Polish Information: • Sunday is a day off • The Employer offers the possibility to borrow a bicycle to the employee • The employee must bring his own work clothing • The employee should provide their own rainwear and rubber boots. Our orchards cover an area of approximately 38 hectares. We are committed to producing high-quality fruit and ensuring the comfort of our employees. During the harvest, we work on platforms raised to the height of the trees, which greatly facilitates fruit picking.
