"Picking pears" Town: Heijningen Contract start date: 24-08-2026 Contract end date: 18-09-2026 Contract length: Employment contract for the duration of the season Hours per week: 38 Number of working days per week: 6 Tasks: • Picking pears Qualifications: • Good motivation and willingness to deliver good work is required • Work experience in the agricultural sector is not required • Being able to work well in a team • Willing to work in varying weather conditions • Like to work outside • Good work ethic • Honesty • Positive attitude and flexibility Language skills: • No language skills required Information: • Working hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. including breaks • Sunday is a day off • No travel time to the workplace • The Employer offers the possibility to borrow a bicycle to the employee • The employee must bring his own work clothing Accommodation: • The housing is at the living unit located at the farm and fully furnished Accommodation costs per week: € 100,- Number of people sharing 1 bedroom: 2 Accommodation facilities: • Double rooms are available • Single bedroom is available • Internet available • Accommodation is fully furnished • Washing machine • Dryer • Freezer • Fridge • Bicycle Health insurance: The health insurance is arranged by the employer at HollandZorg, the cost per week is € 38,92 Salary: The salary is according to the Dutch (CAO), payment per hour gross (21 years old or more) Gross salary per hour: € 15,- Company description: The company specialises in growing pears. This is done on an area of 14 hectares. There are no permanent employees. During harvest, about 30 seasonal employees are working.
