Gateway Central Services is seeking to appoint a Lead Chef to join our passionate and enthusiastic in-house catering team at Foundry Lane Primary School in producing high quality and healthy meals for breakfast, snack time, lunch and the occasional function.
The successful candidate will:
Have a minimum of 2 years chef experience;Be passionate about creating and serving delicious and nutritious meals to students, staff, and visitors;Encourage and promote healthy eating habits and lifestyles;Prepare various ingredients such as meats and vegetables;Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment;Clean up and sanitise the kitchen area after cooking each meal and at the end of the shift;Work collaboratively with all members of the Gateway Central Services;Be enthusiastic about their own professional development and growth.In return, Gateway Central Services will provide you with:
