Grade D1 to D5 - £28,696 to £31,572 FTE
Actual Annual Salary - £23,281.94 to £25,615.33 Subject to experience
Foundry Lane Primary School is seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team, supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the school, working with teachers to with teachers to plan, organise and support teaching and learning activities for classes.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise whole classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain on taskDeliver pre-set lessons and provide clear instructions to support learning Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policiesSupport pupils with varied learning needs, including SENProvide feedback to teaching staff on pupil engagement and progressContribute to a safe, inclusive and positive learning environmentKey Requirements
NVQ 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalentLevel 2 qualifications in maths/numeracy and English/literacyExperience working with students in a formal settingExperience of delivering whole class teachingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage behaviour calmly and confidentlyGood organisational skills and the ability to adapt quicklyCommitment to supporting pupils’ learning and developmentFor full details please see the attached job description and person specification.
