We are looking for two enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Midday Supervisory Assistants. In this important part-time role, you will help ensure that our pupils enjoy a safe, happy, and engaging lunchtime experience, both during meals and playtime.
This opportunity is ideal for those looking to balance work with other commitments, explore a career working with children, or gain valuable experience towards becoming a Teaching Assistant. We’re seeking friendly, reliable team players who are passionate about supporting children and promoting positive behaviour and social development during the school day.

Key duties:
Keep an eye on playgrounds, fields, cloakrooms, and classrooms during lunchHelp clear away food and equipment after mealsHandle minor first aid and report incidents properlySupport behaviour management and report concernsSpot and report unusual or inappropriate behaviourSettle small disputes between pupilsHelp with lunchtime activities and equipment setupYou will have:
English and Maths GCSE level ‘C’ equivalentAwareness of health and hygiene issuesExperience appropriate to working with childrenGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work successfully in a team
