We are looking for a proactive, people-focused and highly organised Trust HR Manager to join our central team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape HR practice across our Trust, supporting school leaders and staff while driving forward key strategic projects.

Lead on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence managementSupport Headteachers and leadership teams with expert HR advice and guidanceOversee safer recruitment processes and ensure compliance with safeguarding requirementsManage and develop HR systems, policies and procedures across the TrustLead on major HR projects including restructures, TUPE processes and job evaluationHelp foster a positive, inclusive and supportive culture for all staff.
