Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to own and optimize the full people operations function within a fast-growing organization. This role will be responsible for building scalable HR systems and processes while supporting a high-performance, people-first culture. The ideal candidate has experience supporting growing teams and can balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Operations & Compliance Manage day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and HR best practices Maintain accurate employee records, policies, and internal documentation Payroll & Benefits Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely execution Partner with finance and external vendors on payroll, benefits administration, and tax filings Manage benefits enrollment, administration, and employee inquiries HRIS & Systems Own and manage HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto, or similar) Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and system optimization Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency Recruiting & Talent Management Manage end-to-end recruiting for corporate and operational roles Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, interview processes, and offer management Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience Onboarding, Training & Development Own onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions Develop and enhance training programs and internal documentation Support performance management cycles and feedback processes Culture & Employee Experience Serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership Support engagement, retention, and internal communication initiatives Help scale company culture while reinforcing core valuesRequirements

5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Management Hands-on experience across payroll, HRIS, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience supporting fast-growing organizations, preferably in eCommerce, beauty, or consumer brands Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Nice to Have Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or beauty brands Experience working with distributed or remote teams SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification
