The Role

Watling Academy is seeking a committed and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker to help maintain a safe, calm and positive learning environment for all students. Working closely with Heads of Year and the wider pastoral team, you will play a key role in delivering the Academy’s behaviour strategy, leading restorative practice and ensuring students are supported to re‑engage successfully with learning.
