And how do we design solutions that are understandable, accessible, and enjoyable to use for clients, informal caregivers, and healthcare professionals? As a UX Designer at Nedap in healthcare, you will play an important role in developing digital solutions that contribute to accessible, affordable, and sustainable healthcare. You combine user research, interaction design, and visual design to translate complex challenges into simple and meaningful user experiences. You will immerse yourself in the daily reality of healthcare and work closely with users, developers, product owners, and fellow UX Designers. From initial insights to final implementation, you help ensure that our solutions not only work well, but also create real value for the people who use them. Your responsibilities User insights You investigate the needs of clients, informal caregivers, and healthcare professionals, and translate insights into concrete design decisions. User-friendly solutions You design intuitive user flows, interactions, and interfaces for complex healthcare processes. Design process You guide the entire design process, from research and concept development to validation and implementation. Product direction You actively contribute to product vision and decision-making from a user perspective. Collaboration and knowledge sharing You promote user-centered ways of working within teams, bring research insights into discussions at the right moment, and help ensure decisions are evidence-based.
