He lives at home with his family, he enjoys playing, reading stories, being outdoors, swimming and skiing. Most of all he enjoys time with his family and playing with his sister. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest. Main duties of the job We are seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to assist a young boy in Swansea who has suffered a brain injury, resulting in complex needs like dystonia, epilepsy, visual impairments, and communication challenges. The role involves both day and night shifts with variable hours, offering up to £18 per hour. The ideal candidate should have paediatric experiences, preferably with brain injuries, and a passion for making a difference. Skills in communication, empathy, and independence are crucial. Responsibilities include monitoring, medication administration, personal hygiene assistance, emotional support, and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals. Qualifications Essential
