About us
We are going through a period of significant change, following our recent CQC inspection and are all looking forward to introducing a new manager who is able to lead us through this time.
Many of our staff have been with us for many years, and whilst this is great for our residents and the stability of the home, we have got into a static way of working, instead of progressing forward. We need someone who can guide us with new ideas and motivate our team in moving forward to improve the service the home gives.
Our resident have a mix of dementias and cognitive diagnoses and can show challenging behaviours at times, however our home tries to be as least restrictive as possible whilst keeping everyone safe. We are a kind and caring home, just needing direction from an experienced nursing home manager.
