An opportunity has arisen for an experienced,motivatedand passionate Team Manager to join theManchesterMental Health Liaison Team (MHLT).
TheMHLTbased inManchester Royal infirmaryHospital,is a PLAN accredited Liaison Service offering acomprehensive range of mental health specialties within one multi-disciplinary team so that all patients, regardless of age, with a suspected or actual mental health problem can be assessed, treated, signposted,or referred appropriately regardless of age, presenting complaint, time of presentation or severity.
The successful candidate willmanagethe day-to-day running of theserviceensuring safe, high quality care delivery in-line with the agreed service KPIs.They willmanage day-to-day operational tasks within the team, such as providing line management supervision and HR-related tasks, anddemonstratestrong leadership skills, with a focus on staff development and well-being.
