Were looking for a Clinical Administrator to join our supportive and dedicated Clinical Administration Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring patients receive outstanding care through seamless, high-quality administration.
Main duties of the job As a Clinical Administrator, youll be at the heart of our servicekeeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting clinical teams and ensuring patients receive the best possible experience.
Youll be responsible for delivering an efficient, accurate and compassionate administrative service, supporting the coordination of patient care across multiple teams.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 12 month fixed term position to cover maternity leave. Ideally starting September 2026.
About us Coordinate and support Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, including scheduling, preparing documents and taking accurate notes Process and manage patient referrals from internal and external sources Maintain and update patient records and data systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Monitor shared inboxes and handle a range of administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and correspondence Ensure the timely flow of clinical information and assist with reporting requirements Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and maintain service standards for patient communication Support communication across teams, departments and external partners to ensure a smooth service Maintain and coordinate medical records and archiving systems Contribute to team development, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues where needed
