Overview of your organisation
We are a well-established Training Practice based in a modern building at Colne Health Centre, serving a patient list of approximately 12,800 patients, and are rated Good by the CQC.
Our clinical team comprises 5 GP Partners, trainee GPs, 2 ANPs, 1 Triage Nurse, 3 Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs, and 2 GPAs, all working together in a genuinely collaborative and supportive environment.
We are strongly supported by colleagues within the Pendle East PCN, including GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, and a Health and Wellbeing Team.
Our highly experienced non-clinical team ensures smooth day-to-day operations, enabling all staff to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
We are a digitally enabled and forward-thinking practice, using online triage systems alongside traditional general practice values to provide safe, efficient, and accessible care for our patients.

Essential Criteria Essential
Confident and comfortable using IT systems and digital technologies in clinical practice. Strong team player with flexibility, empathy, and a collaborative approach. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
Experience Essential
Proven experience working in a GP practice or primary care setting.
Qualifications Essential
Qualifications Vocationally trained and accredited GP. Full GMC registration. Inclusion on a PCSE/ICB performers list. MRCGP or equivalent.
